The arrests follow an investigation into an attack at the multi-level parking garage at Terminal 3 this past Sunday. Prior to the attack, two women were robbed of their luggage after getting out of a parking garage elevator.

Officers detained a 31-year-old man on suspicion of theft and assault near the location. He was subsequently released under investigation while inquiries continue.
Authorities were called at about 08:10 GMT after reports came in regarding several individuals injured by a noxious substance thought to be an irritant spray.
The assault - an event that authorities stated was isolated and not being treated as terrorism - caused train delays and the temporary shutdown of the main airport tunnel and the T3 car park briefly.
